Synthetic fibres Very well reinforced in passive fire protection and floor screed.
The short, thin microfibres melt at temperatures of around 160 °C, thus forming so-called capillary vessels in case of fire. For this reason, KrampeFibrin® polypropylene fibres have impressively proven their technical and economic prowess over other solutions
in temporary spray concrete securing for tunnel construction or in precast element work time and again. Added to this is its positive influence on the contraction behaviour of concrete, which also makes it a reliable partner for floor screed and industrial floors.
