PACKAGING FOR PERFECT PROJECT HANDLING
Just as we always have the entire supply chain firmly in view when manufacturing our fibres, so too do we think proactively when delivering to our customers. That’s because we know full well that smooth logistical processes are a key prerequisite for perfect execution of your projects. That’s why we trust in cost-effective, eco-friendly, reliable and smart packaging that provides you with the best possible support in the production of fibre concrete.

Big Bag
KRAMPEHAREX® BIG BAG FOR PERFECT LOGISTICS WITH LARGE QUANTITIES OF FIBRES
KrampeHarex® big bags are UV-resistant and therefore extremely strong even when stored outdoors. In order to guarantee their tear resistance, they are loaded with 5–8 times their maximum filling weight as part of the quality assurance tests. Double-stitched strap loops make them even stronger. The bags can be opened easily and safely with the aid of a pull tab attached at the side. This means that no one ever has to move their hand or arm under the big bag, minimising the risk of injury.
KrampeHarex® big bags enable you to stack large quantities of fibres on pallets in a space-saving and topple-proof manner. The low unladen weight of these polypropylene bags makes them a highly cost-effective transport method.
Since they are made of 100% environment-friendly polypropylene, KrampeHarex® big bags are also easy to recycle.

Smart Box
KRAMPEHAREX® Smart Box FOR EASY STORAGE AND SMART POURING
KrampeHarex® Smart Boxes each hold 20 or 25 kg of fibres and can be easily stacked on pallets. A spout is integrated into the lid of this smart storage system. When opening the cardboard box, you automatically fold out this spout. It lets you pour the fibres in a measured manner for adding directly to the concrete mix. The key feature here is that all the fibres are arranged uniformly in the KrampeHarex® Smart Box, that is, they all point in the same direction, and are also poured into the concrete this way. This eliminates from the outset the risk of the fibre concrete being rendered unusable owing to the fibres interlocking with one another and forming a big lump.
